At first I wanted to come up with lots of technical “stuff” and get right into the technical analysis as well as the fundamental analysis. The Stock Market needs to be kept simple
Hang on a minute, I thought! Why dont we just simplify things a bit? People need to know some of the basics first. Like my mentor Jamie McIntyre taught me at 21st Century Academy; Start building solid foundations and the rest will have a good base to build on. So I started out putting together a “Basic” book about the US Stock Market.
So I needed a title for this book. What was it going to be?
The first one literally sucked: “The complete beginners guide to the US stock market”. It just sounded to cliche’ and has been done many times before, I’m sure. The cover had a photo of the Wall Street Bull. Finally, I came around to the final title:
The Bull Hunters Guide To The US Stock Market
Why this title you may ask? Well, as a teenager, I was a huge fan of the author; Douglas Adams (1952 - 2001). He wrote the book: “The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy”. A legendary book that only recently has been made to a silverscreen version. Fortunately Douglas got to be involved with the movie before he passed away. So I was inspired to “borrow” part of the title and let it inspire my Bullhunter book.

The book was very popular when released (by my standards) and it still enjoys 100’s of downloads per month. I’m happy to share my relatively newfound knowledge in this wealth creation field and thank Angela Recchia for her help in the bullhunter blog while things are busy for me. I have learnt many things lately and life is much easier for me now than it was 3 years ago. It has been a 180 degree turnaround in emotional intelligence as well as financial intelligence.

I have to mention Jamie McIntyre in here as this book would not have been written without him. My finances, confidence, personal life; everything has improved dramatically since I did the 21st Century Academy homestudy program in January 2004. Of course, I thank Jamie for introducing that opportunity to me. One time especially, comes to mind on one memorable occasion when I flew out on the last plane from Karratha, Western Australia in a cyclone alert to attend a 21st Century Academy business partner interview with Jamie McIntyre at the Duxton Hotel in Perth.
This was a big turning point as I had nothing to start with and Jamie’s generosity allowed me to start something that now has evolved into a number one ranking website and many great internet marketing strategies to use along with all the cashflow generating startegies he and the academy has taught me.
Enjoy the Bullhunters Guide. I genuinely hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I had putting it together. This will show you the basics. The more advanced “stuff” we will leave to the experts.
